Lead(her)ship Program
Pursuing Authentic Leadership
Our flagship lead(her)ship development program provides young womxn and girls with the skill set and courage to pursue authentic leadership.
Our virtual Lead(her)ship Program is based on three pillars, namely:
1. Project Me [Personal development]
2. Communication [Public Speaking & Active Listening]
3. Mental Pilot [Mental Wellness as a Leader]
Four-hour sessions take place on Saturday mornings online from March-April 2023. The program itself is free, but we request that participants subsidise the program's administrative costs by paying USD6 (R120) per participant.

We are invested in an innovative approach that empowers adolescent girls and young womxn in our community and delivers the support they need, when they need it. Graduate Support Program
Our Lead(her)ship Program has a year-long continuous learning and development component through the Graduate Support Program. This is a personalised leadership program for small intimate groups with big leadership milestones and common development interests in the coming year. This program is exclusive to the graduating classes of the Lead(her)ship Program.
