The Focus of Our Efforts

Lead(her)ship Program

Pursuing Authentic Leadership

Our flagship lead(her)ship development program that provides young womxn and girls with the skill set and courage to pursue authentic leadership.

We have three pillars that assists them to develop holistically and charter for themselves what it means to be leader and how to express that, to the world, in a way that is most authentic to them.

Our virtual Lead(her)ship Program is based on the above mentioned pillars, namely:
1. Project Me [Personal development]
2. Communication [Public Speaking & Active Listening]
3. Mental Pilot [Mental Wellness as a Leader]

Four hour sessions take place on Saturday mornings online from February-April 2022. The program itself is free but we do request that participants subsidise the administrative costs of running the program by paying USD7 (R120) per participant.

The organization works across Southern Africa and primarily targets young womxn ages 17 - 24.

Are you ready to take up space ?
