About the event
Girleada is a lead(her)ship development program that provides young womxn and girls with the skill set and courage to pursue authentic leadership.
The organization works across South Africa and primarily targets :
1. girls - high school learners (grade 10 till 12)
2. young womxn - tertiary/college students occupying or hoping to occupy leadership positions
Our 8 session Lead(her)ship syllabus is conducted virtually by facilitators who are passionate about leadership in the context of the gender agenda. Our sessions are highly interactive, practical and participants are encouraged to take up leadership roles well within those sessions.
